Any purchase, billing, cancellation, or refund for those offerings is governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and refund policy presented on Pure Dog Talk at the time of purchase. 2. Recommended Brands and Affiliate Links

The Scotia Kennel does not sell puppies through this website.
