NEWSFLASH: BIS/BISS DC/AFC JetSet's RagTop Day at Scotia, owned by Tom and Jodi Quesnell,  made his first appearance as a veteran dog at the GWPCEN specialty show in July. He was BOB on Saturday at the supported entry and went on to a Group 1, in a major upset of some of the top sporting dogs in the Midwest!!!
